HOA Covenants and Bylaws have been mailed and provided for everyone in our community. If you have not received your copy, please contact one of us so we can provide a copy for you. Copies of both the Covenants and the Bylaws are available below to download on this website, if needed.
Also, as members of this HOA, we must abide by the Covenants and the Bylaws. If in doubt regarding any thing stated in both of these documents, please ask any of our HOA members. All changes to the exterior of your home need to be submitted and approved by the Architectural Committee, to include outdoor sheds, swimming pools, fences, etc., prior to starting any new projects on your home.
We are also looking into making changes to the Covenants to meet the needs of our community.
Please remember to water your lawns and yards, keep them as green and beautiful as possible, as well as cut and maintained at all times. Please do your best to control the weeds on your lawn, to avoid having it spread to others' lawns.
Homes located on Retention Ponds #1, #2, and #3 - Please ensure your lawn is cut to the waterline, and all debris is removed from the ponds. Pond Maintenance Crew are having difficulty accessing the pond areas and are having problems containing the algae problem in the ponds due to grass growth on the edges of the ponds, clippings from cut grass being blown into the ponds, and debris falling into the ponds.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
